methodology
Based on the ADDIE model of instructional design, our webLearn™ 4D Methodology – Discover, Design, Develop and Deploy is the approach we use as a framework to guide our overall project management process.
This approach is integrated with our project management processes to oversee and control the project, and to communicate with clients the status and required actions needed to perform all activities critical to the success of the project.

We start off the Discover phase with a kick-off meeting, reviewing some basic Project Management activities to ensure the agreement of objectives, schedule, roles and responsibilities.
design
Objectives and content identified in the Discovery phase is used to begin the Design phase with a rapid prototyping process for skill building courses or a storyboarding process for awareness courses.
develop
We work towards taking all of the approved design to a fully realized learning experience. During this phase, we develop courses by programming, creating graphics, recording audio, editing video, and producing animations. Our clients are able to review and provide feedback with three stages of development.
Our development team is highly skilled with the authoring and development platforms that best fit your learning needs. From Flash, Lectora, Captivate, and Articulate to more leading edge platforms such as HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and iOS, we will help you identify the right platform to give your learners the best learning and delivery experience.
deploy
During this final phase, we work closely with our clients’ LMS administrators to load and test the course functionality in their Learning Management System. We will offer first-line support to address any technical issues that may surface during deployment and launch of the course.
